The property is adjacent to the proposed <br /> commuter rail station, which is to be located on the west side of Twin Lakes Road. The <br /> project is a mixed use development that includes townhomes, apartments, a <br /> commercial/office component and senior housing. <br /> Uses <br /> Apartments <br /> The project includes 208 apartments that overlook the large wetland.The apartments will <br /> located in 4 four story buildings.There will be underground parking in each of the buildings. <br /> The density of the apartment portion is about 16.9 units per buildable acre. (208 units/12.3 <br /> • buildable acres) Buildable acres are the total area of the apartment portion minus the <br /> wetlands. <br /> Townhouses <br /> There are 192 townhouses proposed.The townhomes will be a mix of row style homes and <br /> back-to-back style homes.The density of the townhouse portion is about 9.2 units/acre(192 <br /> units/20.84 acres) <br /> Commercial/Office <br /> A mix of office and commercial space is being proposed along the east and west sides of <br /> Tyler Street. About 73,725 square feet of office/retail/restaurant space is proposed along <br /> with a 7,450 convenience store. <br /> Senior Housing <br /> The senior housing component will be a partnership with Guardian Angels.
