<br />. <br /> <br />12/23/04 <br /> <br />Home Occupation Narrative <br /> <br />The planned home occupation is a hair salon with a single station, providing hair <br />services to established clientele. My clientele base consists of over 150 persons, allowing <br />a small, successful business venture without encroaching on the activities of neighboring <br />residents of Windsor Park 3rd Addition. Clients will be seen on an appointment-only <br />basis. <br />The business plan also includes having room for an aesthetician to provide such <br />skin services as: facials, waxing, and microdermabrasion. She will be working as an <br />independent contractor on a part-time basis with current and outside clients. <br />I will be selling retail items in the salon. This retail will include shampoo, <br />conditioner, styling products, and styling tools. <br /> <br />Hours of Operation ~ Covers 33 hours per week, with the aesthetician working 2-3 <br />business days. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Tuesday - 12:00-8:30 p.m. <br />Wednesday - 12:00-8:30 p.m. <br />Friday - 9:00-5:00 p.m. <br />Saturday - 8:00-2:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Parking <br /> <br />Clients may park in the driveway of the home, or on the street as needed.
