Open Forum <br />Jim Acers, of the Boy Scouts of America, invited Council to attend the Friends of <br />Scouting Leadership Breakfast. <br /> <br />Patrick Briggs, 633 Upland Ave, wished to speak regarding getting a gradient <br />permit prior to the Tax Increment Finance (TIF) being approved. Mr. Beck <br />recommended he speak during agenda item 7.6 which addressed his concerns. <br /> <br /> <br />6.1 Volunteer of the Month <br />Mayor Dietz introduced and presented a plaque to Kristina Dahlin as the Volunteer <br />of the Month Award for April.
