Scope: • Option 1— Wash and Paint o Power wash at 3,500 psi. o Spot clean and prime rusted areas. Includes up to 5% of surfaces only. o Apply two full topcoats. • Option 2 — Wash, Spot Repair, and Overcoat o Power wash at 3,500 psi. o Spot abrasive blast and prime rusted areas. Includes up to 20% of surfaces only. o Apply two full topcoats. o Containment is priced as an option. • Option 3 — Full Abrasive Blast and Recoat with Containment o Abrasive blast per SSPC-SP6 all exterior surfaces. o Apply a three -coat system. o Containment is priced as an option. • All options above include installing steel reinforcement at one leg where bowed and at one base plate foundation for additional reinforcement. • All options include the re-application of the tank logos. Pricing: A. Option 1 - $153,000 B. Option 2 - $193,000 C. Option 3 - $385,000 NOTES: 1. Includes lead testing and abatement as required. 2. Prevailing wages are not included. 3.
