Originally, the developer proposed to use the <br /> draft cluster ordinance, however, they are proposing a plat under the DNR Shoreland <br /> PUD process. <br /> They will be hosting a neighborhood meeting on Thursday, August 12, 1999 at 7:00 <br /> p.m. at City Hall. A proposed road connection with Polk Street may be controversial. <br /> You are invited to attend this meeting.
