MARLY GLINES SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br /> MOTION CARRIED 4-1-1. PAT DWYER OPPOSED AND DAVE ANDERSON <br /> ABSTAINED. <br /> MARLY GLINES MOVED TO AMEND THE LAND USE MAP TO REFLECT THE <br /> RECOMMENDED CHANGES. DICK HINKLE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br /> CARRIED 6-0. <br /> Discussion followed regarding recommendations for residential districts, <br /> including changing Rlb to R1 c, changing lot sizes, establishing average lot sizes, <br /> etc. Steve Ach stated that he could change all the Rlb properties to Rlc on the <br /> zoning map, but some of the other recommendations could not be reflected <br /> and would need to be done by Planning Commission and City Council. It was <br /> the consensus of the Steering Committee members to not address the zoning <br /> map changes. <br /> DAVE ANDERSON MOVED TO APPROVE THE URBAN SERVICE AREA MAP AS <br /> PRESENTED. PAT DWYER SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> 6. Future Meeting <br /> The Planning Commission Public Hearing for the Draft Comprehensive Plan is <br /> scheduled for October 26, 1995, at 7:00 p.m. at the Salk Junior High School. <br /> • 7. Adjournment <br /> There being no further business, DAVE ANDERSON MOVED TO ADJOURN THE <br /> MEETING. MARY EBERLEY SECONDED THE MOTION.
