Call Meeting To Order <br /> The July 27, 1995 meeting of the Elk River Comprehensive Plan Steering <br /> Committee was called to order at 7 p.m. by Chair Minton. <br /> 2. Consider July 27, 1995 Steering Committee Agenda <br /> BILL BIRRENKOTT MOVED TO APPROVE THE JULY 27, 1995 STEERING COMMITTEE <br /> AGENDA. MARY EBERLEY SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> IP3. Consider July 6, 1995 Steering Committee Minutes <br /> MARY EBERLEY MOVED TO APPROVE THE JULY 6, 1995 STEERING COMMITTEE <br /> MINUTES. DAVE ANDERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> 4. Consider Residential Development <br /> A-1 (Agricultural Conservation District <br /> Discussion was carried on regarding recommendations made by the Steering <br /> Committee for the A-1 (Agricultural) zoning district for cluster development. <br /> MARLY GLINES MOVED THE STEERING COMMITTEE RECOMMEND THAT WHEN THE <br /> COMPREHENSIVE PLAN IS APPROVED, LANGUAGE SHOULD BE CLARIFIED IN THE <br /> ZONING ORDINANCE WHICH SPECIFIES HOW THE OPEN SPACE REQUIREMENT FOR <br /> CLUSTER DEVELOPMENT IS DETERMINED. MARY EBERLEY SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> Rla (Single Family Residential District <br /> Discussion was carried on regarding the clustering concept and incentive <br /> options. <br /> • MARY EBERLEY MOVED THAT THE STEERING COMMITTEE RECOMMEND THE R1A <br /> DENSITY REMAIN THE SAME, ADDING AN OPTION TO ALLOW CLUSTER <br />
