Take advantage of new local grant program entitled, Natural <br /> and Scenic Area Grant Program by planning a land acquisition of <br /> additional Dry Subtype Oak Forest on the Shiely Property or a <br /> significant Mississippi River Trail Corridor. The deadline for <br /> all grant applicants is May 1 , 1995. <br /> II. Make great efforts to work with ISD #728 to develop an <br /> Environmental Education Center in Woodland Trails City Park. <br /> III. Develop a comprehensive road plan which does not impact <br /> Woodland Trails City Park and Naturally Significant Areas <br /> within the City of Elk River. <br /> IV.
