Country View Mobile Home Park
Country View is a typical mobile home park for the City of Lakeville. It provides low cost, owner-occupied
• housing for lower income residents. The homes vary in value from $3,000 to $25,000. The homes are primarily
owner occupied.
Zoning: R-M Average Property Taxes: S469*
School District: Farmington Avg. # Children per Unit: 1.07
Avg. Police service is primarily for crimes against
people, such as assaults or domestic calls. It is mainly serviced by the Apple Valley commercial area on Cedar
Avenue. It represents a typical mobile home park for the City. Though it may be in better condition than other
parks in the area, it does represent what future parks would look like.
fCOUNTRYVIEW MOBILE HOME PARK
' Z , ozr . , .1 Annual Operating City School
.,.....t#
tr e , '''',."'!"--0,1.:'
k ro4!"Y.
Figures District
r. ,
4 Expenditures $228,435 S1,728,026
, s
a
T . 4, +; Revenues 163, 699 1,277,700
,r r
_ e. The City would do well, from a fiscal standpoint, to make efforts to minimi7P
police services through crime prevention programs possibly financed by the mobile home park owner.
Special Notes: Mobile home parks are responsible for the construction and maintenance of their own roads.
•
27
