The lots appear to meet the <br /> minimum dimensions. However, on lot 5 it would seem to be very difficult to meet the <br /> setback requirements from the OHW. In addition, I have seen developments in the <br /> vicinity, that have exhibited slope instability problems along the creek. These areas <br /> may not qualify as bluffs, but I recommend that the developer provide increased <br /> • <br /> setback from the steep slopes and that these areas not be disturbed.
