October 28,1997 <br /> 'lite Gym in Elk River will be a health club consisting of approximately 12,000 <br /> sq./ll of free weight equipment, weight machines, cable machines, cardiovascular <br /> machines, and an aerobic dance arca. The purpose of this club is to provide a facility to <br /> engage in physical exercise, and to obtain help in working towards goals of strength, <br /> endurance, flexibility, or cardiovascular improvement, and any other health needs. <br /> flours of operation will consist of the following: Monday - Friday 5:00 a.m. to <br /> 11:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 0:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.. The average estimated number <br /> of people going through the club in one day will be around 150-175. With the busiest <br /> time being Monday and Tuesday from approximately 5:00 p.m. until 8:00p.m., An <br /> estimated 35-40 people will be in there at that time. <br /> Along with assistance in obtaining physical fitness goals and providing a place to <br /> train. The Gym in .Elk River Inc. also engages in the selling of nutritional supplements, <br /> training accessories, clothing, tanning, and health shakes and drinks. All of which arc <br /> familiar products in a health club. <br /> The Gym in Elk River Inc. will he ran by myself and an estimated five to six <br /> • additional employees.
