THE SITE PLAN BE REVISED TO EXTEND THE DRIVE UP LANE TO ACCOMMODATE THE <br /> STACKING OF 5 VEHICLES WITHOUT OBSTRUCTING TRAFFIC ENTERING THE SITE. <br /> 3. THE MONUMENT STYLE SIGN SHOULD NOT BE PLACED ON AN ELEVATED BERM. <br /> 4. LANDSCAPING BE PROVIDED AT THE ENTRANCE OFF EVANS AS WELL AS THE TRAFFIC <br /> CONTROL INSLAND NEAREST THE ENTRANCE DRIVE. <br /> 5. A FIVE FOOT WIDE SIDEWALK BE PROVIDED FROM EVANS STREET TO THE SIDEWALK IN <br /> FRONT OF THE RESTAURANT. <br /> • <br /> 6.
