Motion carried 5-0. <br />8.2 Resolution Supporting Local Decision -Making Authority <br />Mr. Pormer presented the staff report. <br />Moved by Councilmember Olsen and seconded by Councilmember <br />Westgaard to adopt Resolution 18-19 Supporting Local Decision -Making <br />Authority. Motion carried 5-0. <br />8.3 Discuss Work Session Items <br />Mr. Pormer presented the staff report. He discussed the following: <br />Council annual retreat to be held on either April 23 or 30 at 3:00 p.m. <br />Joint meeting with the various commissions. <br />Council consensus was to add both meetings to the schedule. <br />9.
