Memo to Planning Commission/CU 98-11
April 28, 1998
Page 2
IP have received a conditional use permit for and may begin construction later
this year.
Bank Hours
The bank is expected to have 10 - 12 employees on site throughout a typical
work day. The banking hours of operation will be as follows:
The auto bank - Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday, 8 a.m. to 12 noon
Bank - Monday through Friday;, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday, 8 a.m. to 12 noon
These hours are similar to TCF, with the only exception that TCF will be
open one hour later than the hours proposed by Norwest Bank.
Project Overview
Attached is a letter from Jeffrey Pflipsen from HTG Architects, giving a
general overview of the proposed bank facility. For example, the
number of lots has been reduced from 3 to 2. In addition, the
specific mix of tenants are now known which helps in preparing
a specific traffic study for the proposed developments. The City
Engineer will elaborate on this issue in his report to the
Planning Commission. At the time of this report a traffic study
•
from the architect has not been received. Staff would
s:\planning\pc\cu98-11.doc
