MODIFICATION TO THE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM <br /> FOR DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 <br /> • Add to Section I: <br /> As of the date of this modification, anticipated development within Tax Increment Financing <br /> District No. 19 consists of several mixed-use projects. Commercial development on <br /> approximately 70 acres of the TIF District will encompass approximately 1.5 million square feet <br /> of retail space and approximately 300,000 square feet of restaurant and convenience store <br /> space. Construction is tentatively scheduled for 1998 and 1999. <br /> Approximately 40 acres of the TIF District is currently zoned for an industrial business park. At <br /> this time no specific development has been scheduled for this site, although it is anticipated that <br /> 300,000+ square feet of industrial space will be constructed over the next 2-5 years. The <br /> estimated public costs associated with the anticipated development and redevelopment projects <br /> within the TIF District are shown in Section K of the TIF Plan. <br /> • <br /> S <br />
