Park Land Shapes Commissioner Dave Anderson expressed his concern for changes being made in parks after the Park & Recreation Commission has spent time and effort reviewing and making recommendations for new plats. 4.6. PUD's Chair Dana Anderson and Commissioner Dave Anderson expressed concern that the PUD concept may allow too much flexibility by allowing developers to increase density, thereby preserving fewer natural amenities. It was consensus of the Commissioners for the Park and Recreation Commission, Planning Commission and City Council to work jointly to improve the PUD ordinance. 2.
