Trail Issues <br /> Chair Jon Anderson stated his concern that the areas adjacent to some of the <br /> trails are not being maintained. Discussion followed regarding location and <br /> signage of trails. <br /> 4.5. Park Land Shapes <br /> Commissioner Dave Anderson expressed his concern for changes being made in <br /> parks after the Park & Recreation Commission has spent time and effort reviewing <br /> and making recommendations for new plats. <br /> 4.6. PUD's <br /> Chair Dana Anderson and Commissioner Dave Anderson expressed concern that <br /> the PUD concept may allow too much flexibility by allowing developers to <br /> increase density, thereby preserving fewer natural amenities. It was consensus of <br /> the Commissioners for the Park and Recreation Commission, Planning Commission <br /> and City Council to work jointly to improve the PUD ordinance. <br /> 2.
