The Commission had an opportunity to hear a <br /> presentation from a representative of the Land Trust and critique a concept <br /> plan for a possible open space development in Elk River. Since that time staff <br /> has been working on a draft ordinance and which will be discussed at <br /> • Tuesday's meeting. Staff will be incorporating your comments into the draft <br /> ordinance and present for your recommendation at the August Planning <br /> Commission meeting.
