PROJECT PHASING Project phasing will begin in the south and will follow the extension of trunk utility systems. Phase 1 i; anticipated to include a portion of the townhouse and single family developments off t oth County Roads 13 and 12 to the south, and will also include the construction of the park area central to the development. Project build out will be market driven, will follow the natural extension of services, and is anticipated to be completed in 6 to 8 years. ENVIRONMENT AL Both a Phase One ;tnd Phase Two Environmental Site Assessment have been performed on the property, and a mandatory EAW is currently being reviewed by affected agencies. We have reviewed the property with the County Forester to identify potential oak wilt, and have also contacted a consultant to perform a cultural resources survey of the site. • Clean up of the exi sting hog feedlot has already commenced, and will continue until all buildings have beea razed, and all debris has been collected and removed from the site.
