Staff's comments are as follows: <br /> The Site Plan shall include: <br /> • Identification of actual existing conditions and proposed <br /> including actual and proposed tractor trailer storage area <br /> with proper setbacks. <br /> • <br /> • Identificaton of the surface material of the tractor trailer <br /> storage area (should be identified as gravel). <br /> • Identify the location of existing and proposed concrete <br /> curb and gutters.
