The clinic will be constructed in 2 phases. Phase one will be a 28,000 <br /> square foot two story structure. It will contain the clinic and associated <br /> medical offices. Phase 2 will be a 12,000 square foot single story addition on <br /> the south side of the first phase. In addition to the clinic, 277 parking spaces <br /> • are proposed for phase 1.
