ORDINANCE N0. 99 - <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.12 <br /> OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> ENTITLED "PERMITTED ACCESSORY AND CONDITIONAL USES BY <br /> DISTRICT" <br /> Section 1. Section 900.12 (12) ( C ) of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances <br /> entitled, C-3 - Highway Commercial District- Conditional Uses shall be amended by <br /> adding the following: <br /> xxii. Development of property within fifty (50) feet of the Wild <br /> and Scenic River District <br /> Section 2.
