• 3 . Standards - Residential PUDs shall be subject t the <br /> requirements set forth in Section 904 . 14 (3) - (5) and Commercial <br /> PUDs shall be subject to the requirements set forth in Section <br /> 904 . 14 (3) , (4) , and (6) . Both Residential and Commercial PUDs <br /> shall also be subject to the following: <br /> A. On-site sewage treatment systems shall be set back from <br /> the ordinary high water level in accordance with the setbacks <br /> contained in Section 906. 08 (2) (a) of this ordinance. <br /> B. The development of recreational facilities shall <br /> conform to the design specification guidelines in Minnesota <br /> • Rules, part 6105. 0940. <br /> C. In addition to any requirements for preservation of <br /> vegetation in open space areas by permanent means, the <br /> provisions of Section 906. 08 (3) shall minimally be met. <br />
