these provisions shall be in accordance with the <br /> setbacks contained in Section 906. 08 (2) (a) i. 111 <br /> iii. Where structures exist on the adjoining lots on <br /> both sides of a proposed building site, and if the lot <br /> does not meet the minimum lot width requirements of <br /> this ordinance and if the proposed building site is not <br /> located in a shore impact zone or in a bluff impact <br /> zone, structure setbacks may be altered without a <br /> variance to conform to the adjoining setbacks from the <br /> ordinary high water level. <br /> B. Design criteria and height for structures shall be <br /> subject to Section 904 . 08 (2) (b) and (c) of this ordinance. <br /> 111 <br /> Any reference to the normal structure setback in these <br /> provisions shall be in accordance with the setbacks contained <br /> in Section 906. 08 (2) (a) i . <br /> 3. Shoreland Alterations.
