The pigs will be cooked in a roaster off site at the <br /> customer's location. Food preparation will be done on site. A grease disposal <br /> company will remove grease resulting from cooking the pigs. The grease <br /> disposal should be kept inside. <br /> No signage is proposed. No exterior alterations are proposed. The applicant is <br /> in the process of receiving all necessary health department approvals. <br /> Recommendation <br /> It is recommended the Planning Commission recommend approval of Mr. <br /> Jordan's request to operate a catering business from his home with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. The dumpster shall be stored inside one of the existing storage buildings. <br /> 2. The applicant receive all necessary health department approvals. <br /> 3. Grease generated as a result of this business be stored inside. <br /> • 4. No exterior storage of equipment and vehicles used in the business. <br /> 5.
