The property is located on the south side of County Road 1,just west of <br /> the intersection of County Roads 1 and 33. The site is 2.67 acres and contains the <br /> applicant's house and a 40' X 50' pole building. The house and pole building are located <br /> near the rear of the lot. Approximately half of the lot is encumbered with a 240 foot wide <br /> NSP easement across the center portion of the lot. There is a neighbor directly adjacent to <br /> the east and a house located across County Road 33 that will have a clear view of the <br /> IDproperty and the area to be utilized for the landscaping business.
