During the staff review meeting, the <br /> following revisions were requested: <br /> 1. Relocate southern entrance to align with Elgin Drive. <br /> • 2. Connect interior streets across gasmain easement. <br /> 3. Connect watermain across gasmain easement. <br /> 4. Modify hydrant location. <br /> 5. Provide turn-around on southern road. <br /> We submitted revised plans with these changes on February 18, 1999. I apologize for the delay on <br /> submitting the revisions but I was trying to get conformation from the gas company that these <br /> improvements within their easement would be acceptable. <br /> I would like to request that this project stay on the February 23, 1999,Planning Commission meeting <br /> agenda.
