The noise from screening and crushing associated with <br /> • this operation shall be controlled by equipment location <br /> on site, the placement of stock piles, and the type of <br /> equipment used. <br /> b. Noise levels associated with this operation, shall at no <br /> time exceed State standards. <br /> c. The MPCA air emission permits for all equipment <br /> associated with the mining and hot-mix asphalt <br /> operations shall remain current. <br /> b. Lead concentration in fuel oil for the hot-mix plant <br /> comply with current MPCA regulations or be no more <br /> than 4,000 MG/KG, whichever is less. <br /> c.
