The monitoring plan shall yield adequate <br /> information for assessing the effectiveness of the landfill gas control system in decreasing <br /> VOC contaminants in the groundwater. The {plan shall be submitted by-February 1, <br /> annual updates shall be approved <br /> by the City. <br /> (06) Anna Gas Vent System Assessment. Annually assess the effectiveness of active <br /> landfill gas venting operations based on the results of groundwater and landfill gas <br /> monitoring.
