Currently the city has no minimum lot depth <br /> requirement. A survey of minimum lot size requirements of 14 metro <br /> communities indicated that 5 communities have minimum lot depth <br /> requirements, 2 communities do most of their plating by PUD's and therefore <br /> establish dimensional requirements for each individual plat and 7 have no <br /> minimum lot depth requirements. <br /> Once we started researching establishing a minimum lot depth it became <br /> apparent that there were several other housekeeping changes that should be <br /> addressed regarding other dimensional regulations.
