As you know, State Statute requires a decision by the <br />City within 60 days of this application. The Statute also allows the City to extend the timeline an <br />additional 60 days if necessary. <br />Due to the date the City received your application and the City's Land Use Application <br />scheduling/review timeline, the City is extending the 60 day timeline to June 6, 2018.
