There is one single family home <br /> on the subject property in the northeast corner of the development. The <br /> developers are planning on incorporating this house into the plat as it is in <br /> good condition and will apparently fit in with the neighborhood. There is one <br /> 1111 exception from the plat and that is an area of approximately 2-1/2 acres in <br /> 13065 Orono Parkway • P.O.
