All comments outlined in Terry Maurer's memo dated July 17, <br /> 1996, be incorporated into the plat for approval. <br /> 4. The four single family lots along Highland Road be eliminated <br /> and the area be incorporated into the townhouse plat as open <br /> space. <br /> 5. Appropriate drainage and utility easements be provided <br /> throughout the plat. <br /> 6. A six foot wide sidewalk be installed along Highland Road from <br /> Jackson to the plats western limits. <br /> 7. Park dedication in the amount required by the City at the time <br /> of final plat be paid prior to releasing the plat for recording. <br /> III <br /> 8. Payment of the surface water management fee be paid prior to <br /> releasing the plat for recording. <br /> C. Conditional Use Permit for site plan review of a townhouse planned <br /> unit development with the following conditions: <br /> 1.
