Current ordinances handle bees the same as agricultural animals where parcels below 5 acres <br /> in the R-1a require a CUP and parcels within the urban service district must be larger than 5 acres and <br /> acquire a CUP. <br /> The Planning Commission made some changes to the draft ordinance during their review on March 27, <br /> 2018, and tabled the item in order to review the amended ordinance prior to forwarding to Council for <br /> review.
