Yes. <br /> REDEMPTION PERIOD: A person who pawns an item shall have at least four(4)months to redeem the item before it may be sold <br /> by the pawnbroker. <br /> STORAGE OF FIREARMS PROVISION? No. <br /> RECEIPT REQUIREMENTS: A pawnbroker must provide a receipt to the seller or consignor of any item which includes the address <br /> and phone number of the business,the date on which the item was received,a description of the item <br /> purchased,and the purchaser's signature. <br /> NOTE: The City of Crystal currently has a moratorium in place while staff studies whether a new ordinance is needed. <br />
