VEHICLE PARKING. <br /> 506.02. DEFINITIONS. <br /> r <br /> 9. Vehicle. <br /> Motor vehicle as defined in Minnesota Statutes, Section 168.011 Subdivision 4. <br /> 506.10. FOR SALE OR WASHING. <br /> 1. In order to preserve civic beauty, to assure public health, safety, and <br /> Welfare by preventing congestion and traffic hazards, to prevent unauthorized <br /> use and trespass on vacant property, and to prevent damage and erosion <br /> problems associated with off-road vehicle travel on unimproved surfaces, it is <br /> • necessary to regulate the individual sales of vehicles within the city. No <br /> .,, person, business, association or corporation shall store, display or park, or <br /> • allow the storage, display or parking of an individual vehicle for the purpose <br /> of displaying on or near it a sign indicating a phone number, address , or <br /> other identifying information, or a sign indicating that the vehicle is for <br /> sale, consignment, lease, trade or exchange: <br /> i <br /> a. Upon any public property including public right of way and easements ; <br /> ? or <br /> ' b. Upon any private property, unless the vehicle is stored, displayed, or <br /> i parked on an improved hard surface designed and improved for vehicle <br /> • travel and only if the vehicle is registered to the property owner or <br /> } occupant of the property upon which it is stored, displayed, or parked, <br /> i unless the property owners or occupants have a current license to sell <br /> vehicles on the property. <br /> 2.
