• Planning Commission
April 23, 1996
Page 7
We have always fully cooperated with the City and have sought all necessary
permits. We have never received any notice that the City's zoning changes over the
years would affect the use of our property. More specifically, despite full knowledge of
our activities, the City never notified Cargill (until two months ago) that any portion of the
ANC could be a non-conforming use. A dispute under these circumstances makes no
apparent sense to us.
We look forward to meeting with the Planning Commission at its hearing tonight.
Thank you for your consideration of our preliminary comments.
Sincerely,
Timothy A.
