PARK SERVICE AREA NUMBER 27 <br /> • DESCRIPTION: <br /> PSA Number 27 consists of one older residential neighborhood and commercial uses on <br /> the north end. The remainder of PSA Number 27 is currently undeveloped. PSA <br /> Number 27 is bordered by the Mississippi River on the west, Hwy. 10 on the east and The <br /> Kelly Farm(a Historical Park) on the south. <br /> EXISTING PARK AND RECREATION LAND: <br /> None. <br /> SERVICE SUMMARY. <br /> The neighborhood park needs of PSA Number 27 are proposed to be met by the <br /> dedication of a future neighborhood park as residential uses develop. It is logical that this <br /> neighborhood park would be situated to take advantage of the Mississippi River.
