The Nov. 21, 1995 MSA transportation study does not support the <br /> need for the "East-West Corridor" by-pass (Proposed road additions <br /> "A","B",and "C".) <br /> Deficiencies Summary <br /> By adding the proposed routes in fig. #6 in Nov. 21, 1995 study: <br /> * School Street (from Jackson to 169) traffic increased 16%. <br /> * Proctor Ave. North of School Street traffic increased 4%. <br /> * Main Street East of 169 traffic increased 26%. <br /> 2. Traffic volumes increased by 177% on CR 12 by adding proposed <br /> roads. Is this road now deficient for future traffic volumes???? <br /> 3. How reliable is the data to support roads "D", "E", and "F"?????? <br /> 4. Highways 10 and 169 are State roads.... This is Mn. D.O.T's <br /> responsibility. <br /> 5. Mn.
