• ELK RIVER TRANSPORTATION PLAN <br /> In the process of looking at the transportation plan for the City of Elk River, I would <br /> like the planning commission to pay special attention to the non-developed areas of <br /> Elk River. <br /> We presently are developing one of the finest natural city park systems in the state <br /> of Minnesota!! Thank you for the hard work in accomplishing this goat. I feel, <br /> along with many other residents, that any transportation plan which would impact <br /> this park system would be very disappointing. <br /> In addition to the city park system, many other non-developed pieces of property in <br /> Elk River should be looked at with preservation in mind.
