MORATORIUM EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 14,2017 ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING LOAD CONTROL <br /> PROGRAMS;WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING PROGRAMS. <br /> 1. Electric vehicle charging station that is used for the sole purpose of charging electric <br /> vehicles. This charging station must be 240 volt. <br /> 2. Customer is responsible for installation of the additional meter socket in a mutually agreed <br /> upon location. <br /> 3. Inspection by a State Certified electrical inspector of all metering equipment and provide <br /> an affidavit to ERMU when completed. <br /> Elk River Municipal Utilities shall provide: <br /> 1. All"On-Peak"electric energy consumed by the electric vehicle charging equipment will be <br /> at the summer rate of$.1370/kWh for the five monthly billing periods of June—October, <br /> and the winter rate of$.1215/kWh for the seven monthly billing periods of November— <br /> May. <br /> 2. All"Off-Peak"electric energy consumed by electric vehicle charging equipment will be at <br /> the rate of$.0602/kWh. <br /> 3. The rate is subject to application of the Power Cost Adjustment(PCA). <br /> 4. This equipment will be available for charging at applicable rates 24 hours per day and is <br /> not subject to any load control strategies. <br /> 5. Metering equipment to customer. <br /> 6. Final inspection prior to meter activation to ensure only qualified loads are being supplied <br /> through the electric vehicle charging equipment. <br /> Public Electric Vehicle Charging Rate:This rate is available anyone charging an electric <br /> vehicle or plugin electric vehicle at a public electric vehicle charging station owned and operated <br /> by ERMU within the ERMU service territory.All persons must have an active ChargePoint <br /> account or have the capability to create a ChargePoint account prior to utilizing the charginq <br /> equipment for an electric vehicle or plug-in hybrid electric vehicle. <br /> To charge at the public charging stations customers shall: <br /> 1. Utilize their existing ChargePoint account or create a new account using a credit or debit <br /> card prior to charging the electric vehicle or plug-in hybrid. <br /> Formatted:Indent: Left: 0.88", No bullets <br /> Elk River Municipal Utilities shall provide: l numbering <br /> 1. For the level two charging equipment there will be a connection fee of$2.00 per charginq <br /> session. <br /> 4. For the DC Fast Charging equipment there will be a connection fee of$5.00 per charginq <br /> session. <br /> 5. On-Peak energy rates are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.All On- <br /> Peak electric energy consumed by the electric vehicle charging equipment will be at the <br /> rate of$.1370/kWh. <br /> 6. Off-Peak energy rates are Monday through Friday from 11:00 p.m.to 7:00 a.m. and all <br /> hours on Saturdays and Sundays.All Off-Peak electric energy consumed by electric <br /> vehicle charging equipment will be at the rate of$.0602/kWh. <br /> 4R <br />
