Laserfiche WebLink <br /> Laserfiche WebLink is a user-friendly public portal to Laserfiche. WebLink hosts city,board <br /> and commission documents such as minutes,agendas, staff reports,resolutions, ordinances, <br /> planning items, etc.,in a Laserfiche repository to an intranet or the Internet in read-only <br /> form. <br /> How Do I Access Laserfiche? <br /> There are two ways to access Laserfiche. <br /> 1) Directly at http://webl-elkr.ci.elk-river.mn.us/weblink8/Browse.aspx?dbid=1. <br /> 2) By visiting the city's website at www.ElkRiverMN.gov. Hover over Services and <br /> Select Agendas and Meeting Materials. From that page, select Laserfiche. This will <br /> bring you to the Laserfiche Weblink. <br /> Access ERMU Commission Meeting Minutes, Packets and Resolutions <br /> • Click-City Government folder <br /> • Click -*Boards and Commissions folder <br /> • Click -eUtilities Commission folder <br /> • Click 3Minutes, Packets, or the Resolutions folder you would like to access. <br /> • Click —*Year you would like to access. <br /> • Scroll to the exact meeting date you are looking for and click on it. <br /> • All the documents for that meeting packet will be listed in the right window pane. <br /> • Click on the document you would like to open. They are listed by Item #. Item <br /> 1.0 typically is the agenda. The image format of the document will appear. <br /> Browse Tab-Click on this tab when you are in a document and you want to go <br /> back and open another document.
