He urged the Council to eliminate the provisions of <br />the ordinance that deals with the landfill because the landfill already <br />deals with these provisions on Federal and State levels. <br /> <br />Marlene Hentges indicated she has a contaminated well from the Landfill. <br />She indicated the City needs regulations for Landfills. <br /> <br />At this time City Attorney, Peter Beck, reviewed Mr. Miller's amendments <br />and made the following revisions to the ordinance: <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />1) 604.04 (3&4) - Where the words store and stored appear language shall <br />be added to indicate the allowance of 30 days temporary storage of <br />hazardous waste so that material can be appropriately dealt with. <br />
