The business will involve taking orders from customers, printing on <br /> site, and delivering the printed materials directly to the customers. <br /> Therefore, there will be very little walk in traffic associated with the <br /> business. Mr. Books has indicated that he and his wife will be the only <br /> employees of the business. This request involves a conditional use permit <br /> due to the fact that the equipment (i.e., printing press) used in the business <br /> is not typical of equipment which is normally found in a home or office <br /> • setting.
