As to Registered Land Surveys containing more than two <br /> tracts, Planning Commission and City Council approval of the <br /> arrangement, size and relationship of the proposed tracts, in <br /> accordance with standards and procedures for review of standard <br /> subdivisions as heretofore described, shall be required. Absent <br /> such required approvals, as herein provided, building permits on <br /> the proposed tracts shall be withheld, tracts conveyed to the <br /> City for streets or roads shall not be accepted and no public <br /> monies shall be expended for the installation of utilities or <br /> improvements for any such tracts . <br /> 1008 .30 - BUILDING PERMITS <br /> No building permits will be issued by the City for the <br /> construction of any building, structure or improvement to the <br /> land or any lot in a subdivision, as defined herein, until there <br /> has been full compliance with all the provisions of this <br /> Ordinance. <br /> 1008 .32 - AMENDMENTS <br /> 411 This Ordinance may be amended by the City in accordance with the <br /> provisions of the Law. <br /> 1008.34 - VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES <br /> Any person, partnership, corporation or agency that violates any <br /> of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a <br /> misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not more than Five Hundred <br /> Dollars ($500 . 00) or by imprisonment for a period not to exceed <br /> ninety (90) days, or both, and in addition shall pay all costs of <br /> prosecution and expenses involved in the case. The City may <br /> withhold, revoke or deny any permits, approvals or any action <br /> required of it if there is a violation of this Ordinance. Each <br /> week during which violation exists shall constitute a separate <br /> violation. The City or any person or agency who suffers damage, <br /> or is likely to suffer damage, because of a violation of this <br /> Ordinance may apply to the District Court within and for <br /> Sherburne County, Minnesota, for injunctive relief to enjoin a <br /> violation or threatened violation of this Ordinance. <br /> • <br /> 10.48 <br /> s:document:ordinance:100816 <br />
