A. Survey Monuments - All subdivision boundary corners, <br /> • block and lot corners, road intersection corners and points <br /> of tangency and curvature shall be marked with durable iron <br /> of steel survey monuments meeting the minimum requirements <br /> of state law. All U.S. State, county, and other official <br /> benchmark monuments or triangulation station in or adjacent <br /> to the property shall be preserved in position unless a <br /> relocation is approved by the controlling agency. At the <br /> end of construction all monuments shall be in place. <br /> B. Streets and Alleys - The full width of the Right-of-Way <br /> of each street and alley be dedicated on the plat and shall <br /> be graded as required. All streets and alleys shall have an <br /> adequate sub-base and shall be improved with an all-weather <br /> permanent surface in accordance with the design standards <br /> specified by the City. These may vary according to the type <br /> of street . <br /> C. Concrete Curb and Gutter - Concrete curb and gutter <br /> shall be required for all paved streets within the urban <br /> service area. Concrete curb and gutter may also be required <br /> by the City Council on rural streets if it is determined the <br /> curb is necessary for drainage or other related purposes . <br /> • D. Sidewalks - Sidewalks may be required along one or both <br /> sides of all arterial and collector streets in residential, <br /> commercial and industrial areas or within a subdivision <br /> when it is determined by the City Council that a sidewalk <br /> will benefit pedestrian circulation. <br /> E. Water Supply -Subdivisions within the urban service <br /> area shall be connected to the public water supply system. <br /> The public water supply system shall be designed in <br /> accordance with City standards . <br /> F. Sewage Disposal - <br /> i . Subdivisions within the urban service area shall <br /> be connected to the public sewage system and services must <br /> be provided to all lots . Sanitary sewer mains and service <br /> connections shall be installed to serve all the lots in the <br /> subdivision and shall be connected to the public sewage <br /> system. <br /> G. Drainage - A system that will adequately accommodate <br /> the surface water runoff within the subdivision, as required <br /> by this Ordinance, and comply with the City' s comprehensive <br /> • drainage plan. . <br /> 10.43 <br /> s:do cument:ord i n ance:100 816 <br />
