• <br /> transmission poles and lines, and other significant features <br /> • shall also be shown. U.S.G.S. data shall be used for all <br /> topographic mapping where feasible. <br /> G. Utilities on or adjacent to the property, including <br /> location, size and invert elevation of public sanitary and <br /> storm sewers; location and size of water mains; location of <br /> gas mains, fire hydrant, electric and telephone lines, and <br /> street lights. The direction and distance to, and size of, <br /> such facilities shall be indicated, showing invert elevation <br /> of sanitary and storm sewers, including catch basins, <br /> manholes and hydrants. Such data may be available from City <br /> plans, and the source thereof so noted, unless such <br /> utilities are located on the subject property. In all <br /> instances, they shall be field checked as far as <br /> practicable. <br /> H. Under certain circumstances the City may require a <br /> complete tree inventory identifying the types and location <br /> of all trees greater than six (6) inches in diameter when <br /> measured at a point four (4) feet above the ground level <br /> shall be specified. Information, to the extend feasible, <br /> shall also be provided as to type, weakness, maturity, <br /> infestation resistance, density and spacing. Trees to be <br /> • removed for streets, drives, buildings, drainage or other <br /> purposes shall be identified. <br /> 3 . Subdivision Design Features. <br /> A. Layout of proposed streets showing the right-of-way <br /> widths, centerline gradients, typical cross sections, and <br /> proposed names of streets . The name of any street <br /> heretofore used in the City or its environs shall not be <br /> used unless the proposed street is a logical extension of an <br /> already named street, in which event the same name shall be <br /> used. Street names shall conform to the master street name <br /> and numbering system as adopted. <br /> B. Location and width of proposed alleys and pedestrian <br /> ways. <br /> C. Lot sizes, layout, numbers and preliminary dimensions <br /> of lots and blocks . <br /> D. Minimum front and side street building setback lines . <br /> E. When side lot lines are not parallel, the width of the <br /> • lot at the building setback line. <br /> 10.27 <br />
