Sewage Disposal . A. In areas being platted without public or central sewage 110 systems, construction, location, design and inspection of all individual sewage treatment systems within the City shall be in accordance with Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Individual Sewage Treatment Systems Standards, Chapter 7080 et . seq. (hereinafter and heretofore referred to as Chapter 7080) , as amended from time to time, which standards are hereby adopted by reference and made a part hereof as fully as though set forth herein in full, three (3) copies of which are on file with the City Clerk.
