General . <br /> A. The final plat shall be prepared by a land surveyor who <br /> is registered in the State of Minnesota and shall comply <br /> with the provisions of the Law and of this Ordinance. <br /> B. Surveying requirements for the final plat shall be <br /> under the regulation of the County Surveyor. The County <br /> Surveyor shall submit a report to the City Administrator <br /> regarding the conformance of the proposed final platplant to <br /> the approved preliminary plat, the requirements of this <br /> Ordinance and all provisions of the Minnesota Statutes <br /> regarding the platting of land. If the County Surveyor <br /> initially prepared a proposed final plat, another Registered <br /> Land Surveyor chosen by the City Administrator shall examine <br /> said plat and submit a report to the City. <br /> i <br /> 10.3026 <br />
