Proposed name of subdivision, which shall not duplicate <br /> or be similar in pronunciation or spelling to the name of <br /> any Plat heretofore recorded in the County. <br /> B. Location by section, township, range, and by legal <br /> description. <br /> C. Name of municipality. <br /> CD. Names and addresses of the record owner, subdivider, <br /> land surveyor, engineer, designer of the plan, and any agent <br /> having control of the land. <br /> DE. Graphic scale not less than one (1) inch to one <br /> hundred (100) feet. unless requested by the City. <br /> E . North arrow. <br /> C. Key map including area within one (1) mile radius of <br /> 411 plat. <br /> F. 4— Date of preparation. <br /> I . A currcnt Abstract of Title or a Registered Property <br /> Ccrtifi atc along with any unrccordcd documents. <br /> 2 . Existing Conditions. <br /> A. Boundary survey which shall be tied into the nearest <br /> section or quarter section corner by traverse. <br /> B. Existing zoning classifications for land within and <br /> abutting the subdivision. <br /> C. A general statement of the approximate acreage and <br /> dimensions of the lots . <br /> D. Location, right-of-way width, and names of existing or <br /> platted streets, or other public ways, parks, and other <br /> public lands, permanent buildings and structures, easements <br /> and section and corporate lines within the proposed <br /> subdivision and to a distance one hundred fifty (150) feet <br /> 111 beyond. <br /> 10.266 <br />
