S1008.08 - PROCEDURE <br /> 1. Standard Subdivision. Standard subdivisions shall be <br /> reviewed by the City in accordance with the following procedures: <br /> A. Pre-Application Meeting. Prior to the preparation of a <br /> preliminary plat, the subdivider or owner shall meet with <br /> the City Administrator and other appropriate officials <br /> designated by thc City Administrator in order to be made <br /> fully aware of all ordinances, regulations and plans <br /> applicable to the area to be subdivided. At this time or at <br /> subsequent meetings, the subdivider may submit a general <br /> sketch plan of the proposed subdivision and preliminary <br /> proposals for water supply and waste disposal. The <br /> subdivider is urged to avail himself himself of the advice <br /> and assistance of the City Planning Commission and other <br /> appropriate officials at this point to expedite review and <br /> approval of the preliminary plat. <br /> B. Preliminary Plat . <br /> i. After the pre-application meeting, the subdivider <br /> or owner shall file with the City Clerk Planning <br /> 411 Department fifteen (15) a completed and signed <br /> application along with twelve (12) copies of a <br /> preliminary plat which has been prepared in accordance <br /> with the regulations setforth in this Chapter. Thc <br /> preliminary plat shall be accompanied by proof of <br /> ownership (abstract, title insurance policy, <br /> registered property abstract and any unrccordcd <br /> documents satisfactory to the City Attorncy. All <br /> plats and subdivisions presented to thc City Clerk for <br /> approval by the Planning Commission and City Council <br /> shall be accompanied by a filing fee established by <br /> resolution of the City Council . <br /> Council, or abandonmcnt or withdrawal of thc proposed <br /> plat or subdivision by the subdivider, shall not <br /> entitle thc person or persona who paid thc fcc to the <br /> return of all or any part thereof. <br /> ii . If thc proposed subdivision abuts on a county <br /> right of way, the City Clerk may rcfcr onc (1) copy of <br /> thc preliminary plat to thc County Engineer, onc (1) <br /> copy to thc City Administrator and two (2) copies to <br /> . <br /> thc City Planning Commission for their review and <br /> rcport .
